I dont work for O2..
apparently, 30 quid a month, phone will cost Ł99.. on Ł75 month tariff, phone is free.
Games available for it from Sega 10-20 quid lol..
just read the London Lite on the way home and had an article on it...
its 3G as opposed to the Nokia N95 8GB 3.5G....
only available on O2 network, from Apple, Carphone Warehouse and O2..
they realise the main issue with why it hasnt done that well is purely because of cost, hence why it is now available for free on certain tariffs..

O2 has confirmed its pricing on the new iPhone, and will give away the 3G version of Apple's baby for Ł45 a month from the 11th of July.
Punters who only want to spend Ł30 a month will have to shell out Ł99 on the 8GB model, and Ł159 for 16GB of storage. Even those prepared to spend Ł45 a month will have to find Ł59 for 16GB, and only those willing to sign up to Ł75 a month will get more free storage than they could ever fill with music.

JB it will be on PAYG too. I expect prices will be same as they are now because Apple are letting the operators subsidise the new deal. Obviously PAYG isn't subsidised as much/at all so expect to pay Ł200+ for the phone only.

I don't get the bit about "more free storage than they can ever fill with music" ??? The iPhone is currently only available in 8gb and 16gb, and the new version is only available (at first at least) in the same volumes. The iTouch only has a maximum capacity or 32gb... I have 45gb of music, so I could fill it easy and still have not enough space....
