I think our manager has finally tripped.
She is an absolute raver. We had some spangly tracker system fitted to all our vehicles recently and she is obsessed with em.

We get phone calls asking why we have stopped when it shows us parked in a garage.
Phone calls moaning becuase our vehicles are at home, because trackers are faulty.

We have all our calls recorded and I still get a phone call kicking off becuase I hadnt passed onto a message to another engineer but I have said for them to call him themselves as I was busy.

She lives and breathes to treat us like kids. she is that fucking sad she goes in half hour early to work and does not leave till seven, I have personally seen her looking at peoples route and what they do once they leave site.

I think a layer of lead foil round the GSM/GPS aerial is in need.

ok... easy way to annoy her... meet up with some of the other enginers ... swap sim cards .. i had one ... we got pissed off with it .. very easy to find aerial has to be facing upwards ish .. so a fine wire mesh on the dash above it works ... find the box and loosen the aerial fitting ..... fit a switch in the power line ..every now and then switch it off... makes the monitering system go mental ...our ones had a mobile fone in the box ... so we turned em on and off ....

we dont use ours much now as the man power needed to track 26 odd of these was a bit ott .. so now just fitted for insurance purposes...
