whats needed on a 30k service on a focus 2000?
just sold our focus to my good friend, now it does need a service so i said id pay for it as its a friend and i didnt realise its due!
ford focus 1.6 automatic, year 2000.
oil
oil filter
pollen filter
air filter
spark plugs
fuel filter?
grease up all hinges
fill relevent fluids
anything else needed thats very important that ive missed? i fitted new brakes about a year ago.

Washers, wipers Check operation/adjust, if necessary
Inside Vehicle
Exterior and respective control lights; instrument cluster illumination Check operation/condition
Handbrake Check operation/adjust, if necessary
Seat belts, buckles and stalks Check operation/condition
Outside Vehicle
Door check straps + Check operation/grease (steel check straps only)
Hood latch/safety catch & hinges + Check operation/grease
Under Hood
Wiring, pipes, hoses, oil and fuel feed lines Check for routing, damage, chafing and leaks
Coolant Check anti-freeze concentration: °C
Coolant expansion tank, power steering fluid, washer reservoirs and battery Check/top up fluid levels as necessary - in case of abnormal fluid loss, a separate order is required to investigate and rectify
Battery terminals Clean, if necessary/grease
Automatic transmission Check/top up fluid (must be warm, at specified temperature) - CD4E
Odour filter / Odour filter plus Renew - if applicable
Pollen filter Renew pollen filter with odour filter
Under Vehicle
Engine Drain oil and renew oil filter
Steering, suspension linkage, ball joints, driveshaft joints and gaiters Check for damage, wear, security and rubber deterioration
Engine, transmission, rear axle, transfer box Check for damage and leaks
Pipes, hoses, wiring, oil and fuel feed lines, exhaust Check for routing, damage, chafing and leaks
Underbody + Check condition of PVC coating
Tyres Check wear and condition, especially at tyre wall, note tread depth RF mm, LF mm, LR mm, RR mm
Brake system + Disc brakes: With wheels off, check brake pads and discs for wear. Check rear brake linings for wear (using drum brake inspection hole). (More often under severe duty conditions)

Brake fluid Check level - in the case of abnormal fluid loss only, a separate order is required to investigate and rectify

Camshaft drive belt Every 100 000 miles/10 years - Renew - (Zetec with auto-tensioner) (LTS 21 304 9)
