Escos bumper,bit loose on passenger side near wing,

Escos bumper,bit loose on passenger side near wing,
ive nipped the bolts up under the number plate,but its still not as tight to the wing as the drivers side,is there a rubber bracket or summit in this area that may have perished or popped out y know?

from ford, about a pound, although before they wern't listed with the escos front bumper (they may be now) they are shown with the sapphire rear bumper.
if you look under the car they sit on the triangle section that comes off the bottom of the wing (behind the splashshield)
