Every couple of months I'll send a BIG bunch of flowers into the missus work place for her and I take her out a couple of times a month for food (craftily coinciding with pub meets 
). Occasionally I'll treat her to something whilst we are shopping just for the hell of it.

When i am out somewhere i oftern buy Kaz little pressies, if you do it right you will get good rewards matey

We have been together for just over 10 years, and seem to have drifted out of the buying each other silly presents thing a while ago.
Saying that, I was travelling a lot with work quite recently so thought I would get her something. So, I spent a fair bit of time wondering around 2 airports (one of them being Heathrow - loads of shops) and couldn't find anything
I am with Jim on the odd choc bar in the garage though Did that earlier in the week.

I've been with Dawn over 5 years so the novelty of buying pressies for no reason has kinda worn off If I bought her flowers for no reason now she'd probably think I'd been up to no good
Mind you I did buy her a car earlier this year for her 30th which seems to have done the job this year so far

is this not a form of prostitution though. Rather than giving the money direct, you're plying them with presents (still costing money)....and for what, a lil bit of nookie.
What i do is things that cost no money. More thought goes into it and that way its only cost you your time.
