thats not actually middlesex the area to help you mate.
you'll need a central london estate agent for infor on that area. IF you did need any info on middlesex them i have a mate that could help

Certainly not the right time to buy anywhere, but they are desperate for the cash and it could be the bargain of the century!

right he sid assuming its a 2 double bed on that street you would be looking at £750k if its in poor condition..anything with reasonable condition would be a about £1m.
thats assuming its a 2 double bed with prob 2 bathrooms. Let me know if i am wrong with the details and will re check

I'd be wary of a deal like that. People don't give away property and he'll be able to get close to full market price at auction with a few weeks notice.
Anyway http://www.ldg.co.uk/ is just round the corner - 020 7580 1010. Your property is in Fitzrovia by the way. Central London but it has a newsletter and residents association like a village. Nice place to be.
Beware!

2 Double bedroom, one bathroom ( with washer/dryer wtf) living area and Kitchen will all mod cons. In very good condition. They guy is a friend of my Fathers who is seriously struggling at the moment. He needs a loan instantly and then the property selling of which he is offering at a good price due to the loan arrangement.

He needs a quick loan before the flat is sold, this weekend, and then needs rid of the flat anyway. He lives in Carlisle and doesn't use the Flat anyway. It's not even occupied. His finances have taken a big turn for the worse. And i'm not just talking credit crunch issues as you can imagine.
