Read a few reviews about crap customer service, poor connection & speed etc...as it got better as im thinking of going to them plus my phone line too.

I'm on Sky too and it's been fast and reliable from day 1 and I work for the opposition

 

I just changed at home from BT to Sky.

Wanted the Syk+, TV, and phone all on one bill, and nice and cheap too.

Pay an extra Ł5/month and you can upgrade to a faster speed/higher download limit, but neither were applicable to me.

Been absolutely fine with me.

 

Had mine for a year now and all ok.

They upgraded the routers recently on new connections as old ones known for having capacitor faults.

I'm on sky mid and i've got laptop, x box 360 and ps3 all using it heavily and including downloading torrents never hit the 40gb fair use policy. how i don't know but its never cut out or slowed down.

been on the 16meg package for a couple of years now and i have never had any problems whatsoever nor have i every found the fair usage limit and man do i download lol
