It was a pretty good meet, not that many cars but that doesn't bother me? Was a good laugh with the people there

Nice to catch up with everyone last night, also nice to meet a few new faces Kelv and Chris both top lads. The Tina was very nice, also liked The Diva Saph.
Wasnt best pleased when i got told it would be 1hr30min wait for food

The enthusiam & love has gone mate...i dont drive the car & i thought last night id make the effort & come but sadly it's time to part with it. I didn't drive the car in Germany & wasn't bothered if i did or didn't.

BUT cars aren't everything? plus whether you sell it or not doesn't mean that you have to stop coming to the meets/show does it?
Your mates will always be there no matter what car you have!

I can't even be arsed witht he shows mate, thats the sad thing about it.
Im gonna go to Castle Combe as i love that day & the Combe Rally Day then Ford Fair but thats onlt because it's the only Ford Show m dad likes & i think it's the worst. 10plus years of going & it still aint got any better.

i thought it was a shite meet tbh, got to the pub and they had a MASSIVE delay on food so didnt eat, was bored most of the night in all honesty.
i think the fact we travelled down there then couldent have food put a downer on it straight away, pain in the arse.
was good to see, shorty, sticky, diva and kelv!!!
don't really know anybody else to be honest. only really came to take the fiesta out as i hadnt used it in WEEKS.

It wasn't one of the better meets in some respects, possibly due to weather and not many turning up in their rs's - we did however have the chairman of the RSOC there to talk to though, which was a good thing imo
Like anything, it's what you make of it
I've never ordered anything to eat at the mascrat, but no one used to eat at the last venue either
if it's so bad, maybe don't bother?

what we have to remember though is there arent many pubs that would allow a potentially large group of car enthusiasts to take over part of their car park for a couple of monthly meetings.especially as its so easy to find too.
