in what context?

i take that as an exhaust that doesnt resonate horribly at certain rpms like some exhausts seem to, esp on n/a cars.

but i guess it could just mean, a quiet one...

Do you mean Non resonated? I know milltek offer these, and it means there are no baffles in the boxes, and they are very very loud (on petrol cars anyway)

Just saw a video on youtube of an R32 with a Milltek "non resonated" exhaust, it sounded the bizz and just wondered what it was all about
