as title really . thinking of getting one and thought i have a nose on a scooby site and see what they know etc

im tempted to go back to a scoob right now,i have the chance of one of the classics,dunno if i want to give up the 40mpg of the diesel for a 17mpg petrol though.

mate has one, cant remember the year, think its an R...not sure, He drives it how it should, He's gone through a few engine's & boxes i know that. He's rebuilding it now as it happens, its a nice car but it aint the sorta car i would buy for myself

mate i give my car a healty beating at times and i can promise you that ive the engines let go its not cause hes driving as it SHOULD be but just wrecking it,,,,, being able to drive is also about STILL being able to drive and not kill the car

bad maintanance/bad driving is why these cars get a bad rep !
