Found out that it was someone i kno who got killed last night in sidcup!
Was out and about today when i got the call, was meant to be going out 2night with him and other mates for a drink etc, but he hasnt made it 
Got into a bit of trouble in a bar last night, bloke offered him outside, so he went outside, bloke pulled out a knife and killed him and apparently people i kno who was there said the bloke got robs hand (who was dying) as he fell to the floor, kissed his hand, and said your going to sleep now, sleep tight mate"
Just goes to show, lives to short!!!!

Just goes to show that there are FAR too many people these days who

Also forgot to say, i knew the girl who got hit by the tree and died up london, some of you may of heard about it, thats 2 people i knew within a week to be killed

Apparently a 24 year old male is in custody, so I heard on the news.
The lad was only 18, sticking up for his brother!
There needs to be some serious revision of sentencing for posession of knives, any crackdown or deterrent can only be a good thing.

shouldn't be allowed to be a manslaughter charge. if he knifed him then it's murder. you don't carry a knife unless you intend to use it.
current british law probably means though that he'll give some excusse of being tripping off his tits on crack and didn't know what he was doing, the judge will then appologise for wasting his time and the government will give him a house.

yeh but how far do you go to ban knives. end of the day needed to cut things ie ya dinner for starters.
it should be simple of if you carry a knife or a gun on ya you get fucked by the police/courts big time not a kiss on the cheeky and a dont be bad boy again thing. get caught with a gun you get life. yeh harsh but hey dont carry one.

i don't think banning things is the right way to about the problem, the person who stabbed this man obviously has something wrong with him if he can commit such an attrocious crime and then show no remorse by kissing his hand.
there are wider implications to blanket bans that are not taken into consideration, like the hunting ban, your dog is no longer allowed to chase squirrels as this is considered illegal by the ban.
