Default pc help

im trying to open a disc on my lap top and the instructions say If the CD does not load. Then please browse using windows browser and click on the index.htm file
It will then load the course.
You may need to install the viewers if not already present on your PC.
These are located in the viewing software folder.
Installation Instructions for viewing software are in that folder.
Essentially you click the .exe. files to load
This should resolve any issues. how do i do this
