Wonder if someone can help?

My girlfirends computer has suddenly stopped letting her use her AOL connectiion!!!
It comes up with snmaster.ldxdatabase file is missing please restore

Anyone got any ideas

Re-install AOL software from Disc

 

Not running Vista per chance is she?

If so, Ive just had a quick google, and the only way people have got round it is to use the recovery disk to put the machine back to factory condition, and reinstalling the AOL software.

Personally, I'd fook AOL off ASAP.

 

Vista works perfect on plusnet!!

Try that first, if not then try what stu said..........

 

Aparently, the reinstall doesnt fix it, but it may do in your case.

Give it a shot!
