Painting over body schultz?

as above, can it be done? as my new project is all schultz'd and i want it white!!

please dont tell me its gotta be stripped off!!!

Stripped off,then done properly with 3m spray bag sealer.
you can paint over the 3m stuff and it last for ever.

Some stone chip sealers are over paintable and some are not, if its still soft to the touch then i would say its all got to come off.
