Owing to the OBVIOUS amount of current that must have passed due to the heat damage, I would be looking for a wiring problem before starting your own fireworks factory.

ok i wrapped wire round the screw that u see in pic then the wire comes down trew the middle then wrapped round the screw at the opposite side is that right so the wire comes down diagonal

what happend to the other thread ?
that aside you need to get a sparky in to sort this out for you
that carrier looks like it's got very very hot
meaning there's a fault on the circuit or it's overloaded
and having seen the other pic in the starting thread of this problem im very supprised it didnt catch fire
