Angry can someone help me with my saf cossie brakes!!

ive put 4x4 cosworth calipers on my 2wd saff and i got some cosworth discs off a mate.i put the disc on and then went to put caliper on and i cant bolt caliper on properly because its as if the disc is on the hub 2 far!! its as if the disc needs 2 b spaced out away from the hub.could it be that they are the wrong discs???.possibly they are 2wd discs so dont go with 4x4 calipers????? i havent got a clue if 2wd discs and 4x4 discs are different.so maybe this is the problem! can anyone help me please???the discs are 283mm.

for the 2wd car you need 2wd discs

for the 4wd car, you need 4wd discs

they won't be interchangeable

and why are you putting single pot calipers and smaller discs on the 2wd car?

4x4 and 2wd discs have different off sets and will not swap.

I have a set of used 2wd 4 pots and x-drilled discs

nothing is compatable as it's the offset you bolt the calipers to that is 8mm further out

plus the 4wd has an open hole for the bolts and the 2wd has a tapped hub for the brake caliper fittings
