Default Gaskets/ seals for escos?

I have a leaky bottom end!!!

Got the usual oil leaks around the crankshaft oil seal, dizzy drive jackshaft pulley, front plate thingy , maybe sump half moon area. Could be any of them I suppose, so I'd like to renew everything in that area really.

what do I need and where to get them??

obviously:

Crankshaft oil seal

Jackshaft has an O-ring???

Search out Matt Lewis motorsport on ebay mate....top quality stuff!

ps front crank mains and jack shaft both use the same sized seal. Also get a sump gasket and a oil pump front cover gasket and you'll be sorted.....personaly i'd change to Cometic stuff as ive had no trouble with mine

As said jackshaft has a normal seal(not "O" ring), same size as crank at 42-56-7.
You might as well change the CAM seals whilst there, but ALSO put a smear of sealant under the front capos as they leak here as well.
The cam seals are 35-47-7, get VITON as these are high temp seals and will last better.
As said Matt Lewis, 01922 692424 is the man to get COMETIC gaskets from, and they are ace, and re-useable, for the front cover, and rocker cover.

Ah cool,

Just found some cam seals in the shed - says 'Angus' 35477V on them. Is the 'V' for viton then??

The front cover gasket turned out to be cometic anyway!!

Just have to get the crank seals now then.
