yes.. my partner has monthly moods where she is a little irrational.

January through to December are the worst, she's especially moody during these months

I'm lucky that I don't tend to get affected with the dreaded monthly mood swings, in fact I'm fairly easy going compared to most females
(J has an great life with me, if he fancies a beer I'll pick some up on the way home from work, I run his bath for when he gets in, cook the dinner, make his lunch for the next day, do the housework (and to be fair he does a share of it too and cooks at the weekend) and don't moan whe he goes out with his mates on a Friday night till early hours, encourage him to buy more shonky Fords, participate in track days and car shows, help fix the cars, don't nag, the list is endless! lol)

To be fair to women it is scary what these hormones can do to you and just how they can affect you

Get her a contraceptive implant.

Since I had one (a year and a bit) no monthly visits from the painters.

It's more like that you need to make the most of when they are not 'on'.

A week leading up to it, a week on, then a week to recover. That only leaves one clear week!! LOL.

Luckily Beccy is OK. She gets a little bit down, but we cope OK. IMO, don't try and beat them, if you want the best advice its to be caring and supportive and don't take the things they say at this difficult time (PMSL) too personally.

the week before is a fucking nightmare. the week on is a nightmare. get them on the pill or something it helps a LOT. my girlfriend was on the injection but it messed around with her body and after a shit load of months she came back on properly and so did the moody bitch mode again

so time for the pill again me thinks lol

or do it tribal and send them away for a week to sit over a hole then let them come back when there finished....
