Arbitration took too long to come about? Shouldn't even be factors.... it was about right or wrong and if we should have recieved the punishment.

from what ive read into the case they had no choice but to break the rules. as the inland revenue were out to fuck us as they were only getting a small amount of what they were owed. and because they refused to take this the club had to come out of administration without the CVA which is needed.

what papa smurf did imo was for the good of the game, the inland revenue are going to fuck clubs over with taking a stand over the way money is paid out to creditors. and the way the 15 point deduction was dealt out was a farce. having a kangaroo court with rival chairmen dishing out the piunishment. it should never happen that way.

from what ive heard the same is happening to bournemouth and they have not got a chance in hell, relegated yesterday and in limbo as there still in administration. if they cant get the CVA they will more than likely start next season -15 points and doomed to maybe another relagation. if the leeds case gets this rule changed then imo it will be one of the most important rule changes for football clubs in england.

that twat mawhinney at the football league has to go, i dont know wether his problem was with leeds or ken bates but his actions could have turned this season into a bigger farce than it was.

and before anyone says im glad we didnt get the points back cos now we can get promoted and give the biggest 2 finger salute at all these cunts that tried there hardest to ruin leeds united.
