Id imagine there is some sort of arrangement in place where he gets a payment in kind like his adverts for free, or possibly even actual wages, in exchange for being the admin, im sure he is not expected to do it for nothing (even the mods get free gold member rights I beleive?) so I think the is probably yours Rich mate
