She won't get in it
But the insurance on Scoobies is such a rip!
Cheapest so far is £1100 and that's just for a normal UK WRX 03 model
Tried Greenlight, A Plan, Performance Direct, Tesco, Flux, to name but a few.
Insurance is a joke!

if you are trying to insure a scoob mate, try phoning Gary Moulson at Keith Michaels insurance on 0208 288 0275, very helpful and saved me a fortune, all mods declared....

I've always wondered how you've managed so many women actually, looking like you do
Ginge,
I want a car I can drive fast ont he motorway ont he way to work on a morning when it opens up (as it does for a nice stretch) but won't overheat/breakdown when getting back to crawling in traffic, and can be used for countryside blasts at the weekend without worrying too much.
So that should rule a Cossie out
Just resent paying so much to insure a Scooby. Thought once I passed 25 all would be well. Now I'm 26 and it's still shit
As for getting an Evo, I think they would be even worse to insure?? And for my mileage I'd have to service it 4 times a year!

Aye I am wondering if the enjoyment factor is worth the extra cost....
They also said that they view a WRX with PPP the same as a WRX STi Type UK
I'd much rather have an STi for the same money. Thinkt hey look mint, even the bug eyes.
Cossie insurance £870, standard WRX 03plate insurance £1100, STI Type UK 02 Plate £1400.....
Current car (Leon Cupra) £557!!!

selling it near the end of this year.
Im currently building a yb mk1 capri. and that will be my last car
I'll always be a ford person, But i gotta move on, and the only way I want to do that is to move onto bikes...
I went on the back of a 07 fireblade, and it scared me, and nothing has scared me before.
I loved it .

it was cheaper for me to insure my evo than a scoob of the same value with elephant
as for servicing you will stil have to service the scoob and rebuild it after melting a piston

Suprised she hasn't fucked you off................. buying a scooby...........only joking
But she does need a good talking to
Buy the cossy and buy the missus a weekly bus ticket. She will soon get in when shes fed up of sitting next to someone stinking off piss (not everyone i add) or gets sick of getting piss wet through after the bus didnt turn up.
