Does anyone have a direct number to the compleints department?

Just requested my bank statements so i can claim my charges back & as per went through to an indian guy who claims hes name is "Dave". He tells me ive given the wrong details & that i need to confirm them again-so i do that & he says "That is wrong & puts the phone down !! I was on the phone for 20 minutes!

Its a fucking joke this is the 2nd time in 2 weeks this has happened to me, i even went in to the branch & checked the details on there system & all was ok.

Seriously thinking of changing banks after 26 years! But need to throw a few fucks in 1st!!!!!
