New a new set of Pads and Discs for the fiesta RST, its got cossy 4x4 front discs etc on it already so more than upto the job and am not after anything fancy, Seen 2 discs for the 90-95 escort cosworth but one says Upto Jan 1993 Internally Vented and the Other says Jan 93 and on Externally Vented Discs whats the diffefernce and how can i tell witch disc i need i think i have an internally vented set of disc at the mo since i've never heard of externally vented ones

i wasnt aware there were two types. only internaly vented ones ie ones that have the cooling vanes that are open on the back side of the disc . IIRC

I had a look and could find no refference to it, just the std 4wd discs, which are not that cheap off here either by the way.

I think the difference is on the ventilation way (or ventilation path, I dont know !!)

The better way is for the Escort, that take air fresh outside of the car.
