s1 ecu chipped?

hi all not reli in the rite bit but havent reli had any info back so thorght id try here
iv takent he ecu out of my car to see if its chipped as the old owner wasnt 100% sure if it was but im not sure either as neva takin one apart but has a 2nd board in it is that the chip?
can any tell me if its chipped and wat the letters on it mean? oh and its a blue/red/blue one

just took some more clearer pics but with fone so not the best yes the bit is glued inside and is joined to the main board the bit it joins to says turbo on it aswell if that std or not?
hav seen a msd evo chip on ebay could that be wat it is as its seprate?

There were/are two ways to chip an RST ECU - originally the large main chip was replaced (it's under the large clip with x & T wrriten on in marker) but the actual blank chips bacame hard to get hold of, I believe.
The second method was with a seperate board that interfaced with the main ECU board, which is the type you appear to have.
I think from memory, BBR and MSD and possibly a couple of other tuners did the seperate boards. Not got a clue who did your one though.

cheers mate i thort it was as had a look but couldnt see any other ecu like it but i have no clue wat kind of chip it is and wat its capable of doing?
anyone no wat chip it is then now that i no its chipped is the next question lol
