Anyone claimed from Parcelforce?
Had a bonnet delivered this morning by Parcelforce, it was delivered while i was out and it was left leaning against my front door, so i didn`t sign for it. Unwrapped it, and its been dropped on 3 corners 
. Repairable, but i`m fucked off and want a refund.
Anybody had to claim, what normally happens?
