BTCC results pleas
Who won the second race at the weekend(the one where it was totally pissing down) as I've just sat and watched it and bloody sky plus stopped recording 2 laps from the end so don't know the result.Was a cracking race a few hairy moments

I think you mean the 3rd race mate,that's the one that was totally pissing down. Raging cause my Sky plus done the same and stopped with a lap and a bit to go
It was Matt Neal that won the 3rd race according to the BTCC website with Jackson winning the 2nd and Shedden the 1st.

Went to Rockingham to watch this on Sunday, we won't bother going there again if it's held there in 2009. Most boring procession racing I've ever seen of the BTCC and supporting races. OK, you can see the whole circuit from the main grandstand but it wasn't entertaining at all IMO.
Roll on Dono on the 3rd/4th May for proper racing.

i was waiting and waiting and waiting for the btcc cars to come on, and ended up watchint the renualts and some single seaters and the seats going round
it was boring as hell to watch, how they can compare this sort of thing to f1 is beyond me
mind you, i've not seen much of it recently so this might have just been a shite venue

Far from the best circuit yeah.
We still have Thruxton/ silverstone etc to come
And the 3rd race winner was Matt neal yes.
I dont know what it was like to be there but watching it on tv was proper cool, with the commentary, and in car cameras showing the difference between the petrol cars and the diesel Seats along the straights , something you might not see on the stand

My Sky Plus bloody stopped too !!!
think it was because they added some more laps during the race but its still no excuse, it should stop recording at the end of the programme.
