i have a ecos pump in a 3i tank in my mk3 escort, the pump is buzzing as if it is priming but no fuel is coming through, so i took the pump from the tank and it isnt even sucking, does this mean the pump doesnt work or could it mean something is wired wrong? cheers

im going to pick one up a little later, just gutted as i paid top price for it
