hi all paid up over a week ago now and still nothing ive emailed the billing dept but have had no replies any one know what i should do ???

Ive directed the relevant person to this topic. For reference i would get your paypal reciept to hand as its normally fully automated, so i am unsure how the investigation will need to proceed, but you may need the transaction ID as a minimum.

was it an echeque via paypal?if so mine took about 7 working days to clear iirc .
