Default fiesta turbo crank have a look please

hi guys i have to sort out a mates engine , he bought the car smoking real bad (the engine before the funny coments) we look at a few things valve stem oil seals (renewed) a different turbo we took the plugs out and the top of number 1 and 2 were covered in oil but 3 and 4 were dry so we were told it would be the oil rings hence the taking apart but does anyone know what this mark is on the crank and if these shells look ok , the mark on the crank you cant even feel but it looks odd i thought

most of the shells look like this

but one dodgy one but again not a big grove you can just feel it

ermm its just a guess but could it be were the shell has been over tightened and has like moulded to it and no oil has been able to get to that part of the shell

Can't see anything that would worry me.
The shell has slight pit groove, but seen a lot worse, on engines with no problems and high mileages too.
