Default whats the difference

in a 2wd yb sump gasket and a 2ltr pinto gasket as the pinto sump set is £10 and the yb one is £25 ?

Very little, in fact next to nothing.
The coissie one is a better material for withstanding pressure(blow by pressure), and is a flat type material, the pinto one is cork type stuff.
You don't need either if you use LOCTITE 5910.

I use the pinto one with a smear of sealer on either surface it mates with. Works well enough.

i know the 4x4 sumps dont have a gasket and are just glued together, but didnt know if the 2wd was ok to do this on
