Default Pectel Monitor LCD Secs?

My Pectel Monitor is a but dull and small is there a slighty bigger and brighter LCD availible? or one of those Pled? type screens where you can see the display from any angle?
Also does the Secs monitor work with T6 ?

Paul,
Does yours display revs? If so, there is a new slightly larger screen, but it is no better than the original for viewing. However, it doesn't work with T6 AFAIAA, nor will the revs read correctly for wasted spark, so you need a Pectel monitor configured for T6.

My Pectel monitor does display revs and had the T6 and P8 wiring (much bigger plug then normal ones)
Why would the screen not work? or are you confusing me with the Secs Monitor

Sorry, I misread your post and thought you meant SECS for everything.

The Pectel monitor only usually goes dull when the screen is either too hot or too cold. Mine is also mounted in the banana pod and if I have the heating on for a long drive, it goes very dim. I really should insulate it from the heater, but I just haven't got round to it, as it only happens on long journies.

Paul, is this a job your going to give to Ben to do?

may consider this option aswell, remember my old monitor having a little bit of dust in the screen so a replacement, and being that little bit bigger sounds a good idea to me
