i don't mind going along or driving or participating, the only problem is that i'm under docrots orders not to use my left hand until the 21st so i'm fine driving my motor as its an auto, but not a manual
if i can know what you want to do sooner rather than later so i can arrange time off and cover at the office it would be mucho grando

Arse, just found out that although im working in london next week, I need to be back in somerset on friday, so am going to have to go up from there on the saturday morning if I still go, which means I wont be able to car share now 
TBH unless I can find a flight, I think this is going to be me pulling out.
What are people who are flying doing about getting from the airport to the venue?
Is there a particular time that other are flying in at?

The first flight in newcastle on saturday morning doesnt arrive until 10am though, and the last flight back would mean id need to be back at the airport just before 6 to check in.
Is that going to fuck up your day too much timing wise as I dont want to take the piss out of your kind offer of a lift and make you get less time there?
TF, as the time in cars is soundlike is relatively limited, if andyt is ok with it would it be possible for me to be there from like 11-4pm or something along those lines, or is that going to be awkward to still fit in if different people arrive at different times?
Would still like to come even if I get a bit less time in the cars as a result of the timings.

Down to personal problems i cant make this!
doesnt look like there is enough people to make the numbers up but im not going to cancel the whole event just because i cant make it im sure tim can take it from here "if he wants to and if there is enough people still intrested"

ok,due to time aproaching almost as fast as folk are dropping out its time to postpone this,i would have to pay alot of money out tommorow for hire of venue and toilets etc,plus dont want to waste a days expensive insurance for a day that has not many folk in,
will happily rearange a day later in the year,would a sunday suit folk better?
anyone with a group of 8-10 still wanting a days fun let me kbnow and you can book a regular day with us.
