how does the plates work fit them in between head and lowers compression on normal aspirated bottom ends?

and can literally bolt a turbo on and intercooler and nearly there? that it but can only run limited boost?

whats the point? you may aswell pay a few more quid and fit vauxhall XE pistons, brings the compression down into the 8's and they're forged mahle's!

isnt it alot more money to have bottom end stripped and fitted with new pistons then to just simply fit and plate between head?
