Just bought a load of stuff for the cossie on ebay and used paypal, now before when i have used paypal it has been an instant transaction and the goods could be sent straight away, well this time i used it thinking i could get the stuff this weekend to get the car moving on only to find the funds wont clear for 7-9 days due to some shit called E-cheque payment, wot the fook is an E-cheque.
As usual paypal havent replyed to my email

i had some one pay with this . when i emailed them , they couldnt work out either why it had happened. you havent changed the funding options for your paypal account etc ?? still using the same bank account and card etc ??

 

if your account is low then it get sent as a e-cheque and the 7-9 days is normally crap as i am still waiting for one to clear that was sent to me 3 weeks ago

 

It never used to be, my paypal account is near empty and thats how its always been, but it always used to take the funds from my bank account straight away.

i had this problem credit card had expired

 

mine uses my debit account so all good

i think the debit account is backed up by your credit card,so if your details are not up to date,paypal sends a e cheque.just have a look in your profile.

 

Ive got a 200 quid e cheque from before easter still not cleared,was starting to wonder if its ever gong to clear

 

Not on mine m8, i dont have a credit card listed, that would be to much temptation.

i wouldn't hold ya breath , i have been waiting 3 weeks now for it to clear and now the guy who sent it has left me negative feedback saying item not recieved after 3 weeks
