do i... dont i....???
Talk me into / out of it guys 'n' gals....
i have been offered a mk2 fiesta 1.1 popular plus for scrap value, its just failed its MOT on sills and one section of a chassis leg being a bit scabby.
at first i completely dismissed it, but then my mum mentioned i could keep it on the drive if i park my pickup on the road so thats the main problem solved.
so the main problem now is money, im on 2nd year apprentice wages, and already run a big transit pickup, and put half towards running a 205 1400 rally car with a mate. i could afford to do it up, but it would be very slow going as i would want to do bare shell and then some kind of a decent engine.
what do you reckon?

DONT i say
start with a better car, less rust the better, if none at all as it weakens the car, no matter how cheap it is
plus you'll have to upgrade EVERYTHING
