My progress bar got just past the OK in the middle of the screen and then came up with an error and failed the download!
Am now having to start again, it took nearly an hour to get that far
I read on afew GT forums that other people have been having the same problem
So much for getting in a couple of hours before work at 2pm
I simply cant understand why a game would need an update on the day of its release?!

left mine updating last night, had a quick go before starting the download and thought it was a bit poor, but to be fair only had one race in my ST Focus and won LOL!! Hopefully have a bit more of a play over the weekend!

as above dont think you can tune them.
it does mention "quick tune" in the manual, but only on certain cars, and nothing like what it will be in the full game with bolt on mods, its purely a geomtry thing i think.
seems pretty good so far, going to try it online shortly

checked online n it says to just keep trying the download as it picks up whare its left off,,these are the new features when update is complete...

GT's always pain when you start out with the slow boring cars, only really gets interesting (for me at least) once you've racked up some cash and bought a decentish, faster motor.
Plus the totally different 'driving style' that GT series has compared to other driving games, takes a while to get back into. Probably be a while before I bother with the online stuff methinks, COD4 for me later too Dave

... Just doing the update... as billabone says' just got to keep trying it as its faild a few times so far

the game gets better ive got a performance blue st and a red nissan gt-r amongst others graphics are great tho
