Dirt cheap for an active car! Although I think if I was in the market for a rally car around the 60K mark I don't tink I'd be buying a cossie, much as it pains me to say so
I aint got a 10th of that in ma bank so there's no point in even thinkin about it!!

Must be worth 60k in bits easily, never mind the history!!!
And trust me, if you were after a rally car for the 60k mark you should be looking at this escort cossie!! It (and all other cars from any marque in this WRC guise) are so far detatched from their road going cousins it really doesn't matter what the badge on the front is!!!
The thing slowing this car down (or anything of similar category being an Evo or Scoob etc) will be the driver!! Every time!

This car can only be described as the finest example of the last GP'A' Escort Cos...the attention to detail is fantastic....everything is works spec...Gordon Vincent the guy who built all the Boreham works shells has done every conceivable modification to the cage....it has been put together by an ex RED technician who also did all the carbon work on the car....i have been round some GRP 'A' and WRC Escorts but this is best example I have ever seen....it lives in blackpool....and I don't think it would be my place to give out the name of the guy who owns it.....

That's John Cope's old car.....another peach.....good spec but passive.....originally built and maintanied by DOME....god am I a sad T**T....now owned by a guy called Richard Banks......just before it sold to Richard had the ultimate Mounty engine upgrade.....I think it's producing around 580 - 600 lbs/ft of torque.....very nice
