that this is very dissapointing ...... im used to my emulator for chipping where changes are "emulated" real time....
so using the aftermarket thingy was not to my liking, more hassle than mapping a motronic for example. it gets u to the point where ur not gradually increasing values, it pisses u off and u start adding 10, 20 or 30 percent and we all know where that leads to....
generally i like aftermarket ecus just that point was bothering me when mapping.
i take it u didnt feel the necessity to answer my PM ?

IIRC there was a shortcut that did a more or less instant transfer, 20 seconds is a nightmare, i just dont see how you can really map something that takes that long to update every time

On emerald the changes you make are live and have effect the minute you make them and i'm pretty sure there is a key shortcut to instantly save changes to the map.

Its a turboed Clio 172 engine with a Volvo crank in I think making it a 1.8 with lower compression I believe - he lives not far from me - I was going to get in contact with him also!!
