Default best place to get turbo rebuilt

I have a cossie t3 and its smoking realy bad and i'm thinking rather than buy another second hand one that probably wont last long i'll get mine reconditioned. Funny thing the turbo has very minor play so i think its worth doing.

Just wandering what sort of price i'm looking at and weres the best place to go.

Another idea to save money. If i replace all the bearings and seals then just send it somewere to get balanced , ?

see i did think that but I've also heard if its not spot on then it just wont last. Are the ebay repair kits any good or are they cheap for a reason.

oh and is there any special tools needed and do you take just the compressor wheel off and pull the shaft through.

Just spotted these on the bay. Is it worth me trying them
