My Zoo beam seemed perfectly fine to me, adjusted properly and was exactly as i expected.

not seen the others close hand to make any comment though.

the problem with t'internet is everyone believes what they read to be 100% fact!...when quite often it isn't.

Does anyone know anything about Tarcal beams?

I may have the chance to get one if the cost is right.

I don't think the RS500 Rear Beams are 6deg mate. Were the extra brackets not there for other suspension mods or something?

the brackets were tack welded on to the beam, nothing strutural at all, but as you've said allowed them to run modified arms to have a much better trailing arm set up.

Could the car be turned around in a day etc ? Been thinking of getting mine done but not keen on stripping my beam out to send off to be modified.
Cheers.

If you want to do this, I have a spare beam you could use . I still have a set of arms that I need to return for exchange as well, so if you speak to Danny I'm sure he could sort somthing out?

We do our best to stock beams so that the exchange can be done on collection however a recent overseas order has cleaned me out as they could send standard items back due to cost of shipping etc.
Could do with those arms too Will and the beam if you want to sell it.

I just got an adjustable 7" beam if later i decide to switch to a 71/2" diff could i use the same arms and just get a beam modded.

Anyone know who may have built it , fully braced and beam has been skinned ?

Neil thats will allow adjustment but doesn't do anything in regards to the real problem with cossie rear ends and thats the bump steer they suffer from throughout the suspension travel. How ever if you wanted to stay with that beam we can mod it to accept a 7.5" diff for you.

Danny i take it its the mod to the inner pick up point that helps with the bump steer ?
I will just run with this beam untill i start to have problems with the 7" diff then sell it on and get a 71/2" beam modded by you, for what i paid for it i wont loose
Any idea of what sort of settings i would get to with that beam ?

6 degree is 6 degree mate no matter what way round you go to achieve it, We tried lots of positions to achieved less bumpsteer and 6degrees worked out the optimum position, I know my beams aren't directly the same as ahmeds as we removed one to fit one of our stg 3 beams but I can say they are still good quality
