Default Paypal problem

hi,
im having a bit of a problem with my paypal at the moment and im wondering if anyone else has had the same problem or knows what is wrong

I sent a deposit for something i had bought off the internet and the payment sent fine etc and emails confirming it had worked and had been accepted, then i looked at my online banking and it shows the money leaving my account a few days ago for the paypal payment, and then today it shows the money back in my account, but i havnt had any emails from paypal saying what has happened, and havnt heard anything from the seller to indicate there is a problem- and looking at my paypal account everything is fine.

this has also happened with another item i bought on ebay...it says its paid for etc. then the money gets put back into my bank account, but still says its paid for.

Cheers
Dave

If you were using instant bank transfer then it will fail if you have cancelled the direct debit mandate and will refund the money to your bank
