Default Best way to remove oil from drive

i got some gearbox oil on the drive way and it looks terrible. whats best to remove it

there are several different products on the market specificly for this, but there are also some acid based ones that uilders use to clean up brinks and stuff that might work on the more determined areas

might be worth asking the local builders merchants about this sort of thing, used to wash off old bits of crap from paving slabs and bricks and the like when they get sent to the reclamation yards so they come up looking mint

halfords sell some shit , used it when my bro dropped his box out and gear box oil went every were , wasnt amazingly clean but wasnt as bad ,

as said coke. but dont waste money on coca cola, get some cheap ass 59p shite from tesco or asda etc. it works a treat. also i've heard cat litter works well if you run the hose over the stain then throw it down. never tried this one though.

depends what drive it is? if block paveing its porous so soaks in and nothing brings it out and i mean nothing i spent fortunes! ended up just pojing the bricks out and turning them over!

you cannot turn paviours over,they are shampfered (spell that after a few drinks,i cannot!!)on one side!!

My old man has some stuff called "selpan" I think it is, its an industrial degreaser and that DOES get it out of block paving.
