Yes, car deposit. you know where you pay a certain amount of the value in one go. then pay off the rest in monthly payments
meaning i dont blow all my cash on the car and can let my isa grow and leave me other car to enjoy as well.

How are houses and cars savings? They are investments and not the same as cash in the bank IMHO. Yes if already paid for you could sell stuff and free up capital but isn't the idea of having savings so that you dont have to do that should you need funds sharpish?
On that note I dont have any savings. pmsl but I do have some investments and enjoy my money from one month to the next. A couple of operations and reality checks have made me realise that you should live life for now!

Got a poxy VS30 (single 10, 30watt Valvestate, not 2000/AVT) at the mo - fucking awful
Still, slapped a Line 6 digital distortion pedal on it and it givesa a bit more kick and low end so will do for now....I'm on the look out for a Jackson/Charvel/Kramer/ESP/etc lefty superstrat body, with humbucker in the bridge and 2 single coils, and most importantly a fully floating Floyd Rose trem, but can't find any
