does anyone know where we could get a wheel properly measured? You know on a granite bed with one of those fancy touch point machines that record all the points and you can feed them into a CAD program? I used to use one at my old work but i doubt they would be amused if i walked in after 10 years and asked to borrow one!!!

I thought the Escort Cosworth alloy wheels in 18" where a little bit of a let down.

Benni.
I absolutely love the escos 18's.

I think this is a great idea. Most S1 owners want to keep the standard looks so this is perfect for those who want to stay factory, but look better at the same time. If i still had mine, they'd be on my shopping list for sure.

Right guys just recieved this, thought you would like to see it............anyone got a spare ten grand......

Hello Steven,

It would be around £10,000.00 + vat for part mould/dies for each size/offset
range ie. 7x16"et35>50 or 7x17"et35>50 (the offsets are only a suggestion &
you would need to advise us the offset range you require). If you wanted to
go ahead you we would need a sample wheel to quote exact price. After full
payment you would own exclusive on this design in these sizes however you
would only own part moulds as we would use our existing 7 x 16" & 7 x 17"
die sides to allow us to cast the complete wheel

Each wheel would be 7 x 16 £ 100.00 each / 7 x 17 £125.00 + VAT for white or
silver but you would have to order a minimum run of 60 wheels all same size
& offset @ the same time

You would need to pay £1,000.00 for us to do drawings for moulds & then if
ok 50% of moulds cost prior to starting & remainder on receipt of sample
wheel

The 60 wheels would then have to be paid for prior to casting.

Hope this info helps
Best regards
James
