Changing h/g on a cossie what parts do i need ??
I was thinking
head gasket,rocker cover gasket,cambelt,tensioner,head bolts,inlet gasket exhaust gaskets and manifold nuts,anything else ??
Who's best matt lewis or woodford or ???

buy a gp a headset(which has everything), cam belt and tensioner perhaps?

is the airbox fitted yet then ?? Does your work have anything to do with pilots chop,when i posted it the guy asked is that where the pilots are ???

no its not fitted. car is 22 odd miles away with a fucked engine(well 2 really) so im not that fussed about fitting an airbox yet mate
my work send people offshore in choppers that are flown by pilots so sort of but not really
cant think what the guy was on about? unless he just meant in aberdeen

BUT
Rear axle is off all at powedr coaters. WHOLE underside stripped cleaned and undersealed and looks ace all black. new susp, shims, bushes ready for new beam. Rest of the car will be ace
Resto to follow when i get the pics.

dont worry about it unless it goes kev
my 4x4 saph was totally standard when i bought it,got a stage 3 straight away and nailed everywhere inc loads of 1/4 miles and gasket never let go

ive got to disagree with you there chop,the cost of removing head to do the gasket only to find its a group a one anyway would piss me off
whats the worst that could happen? on top of doing it now really a skim and poss pressure test
i know its worth doing but imo i wouldnt bother unless it went
now on my third cosworth,theyve all being given death and never had one let go yet
