Default Polishing wheels on my R1

Right guys i am trying to find somewhere decent to polish the outer rims on my R1's wheels, preferably somewhere in scotland but if theres anywhere i will def consider them!

Does anyone know or can recomend anywhere. Dont want to get shafted and pay too much as i have heard it can be quite pricey!

do it yourself, it's not that hard, just labour intensive and therefore expensive to pay someone to do it..

Also a real ball ache to keep them looking good.

Can't recommend anywhere though as I am a shandy drinking southener.. LOL..

I did think about doing them myself but i dont want to mess it up, or get bored doing it!!! I did see the thread the other night with the guy doing his own wheels on the golf, that would be fine if i could drive the front wheel too but its maybe a bit tight by the chain etc to do something like that, so i would need to get my hands on a lathe, the c**t is i am a fitter/turner to trade!!!! Just dont do it anynmore....

I did mine myself using nitro-mors, had to do them a couple of times to get all the paint off but the end result looked good. I just taped up the paint which i didnt want to remove then brushed the nitro-mors onto the outer rim left it a few minutes then hosed it off, then repeated the process, there was no need to polish them up with wet and dry afterwards either, just a good buffing with some autosol!
