I called the "Bigman" and agreed to buy this car for an agreed price!
I sent wife down the bank to get the money and left it that i would call back later with a time/day i would be flying to Scotland!
An hour or two later i get a PM telling me he is renaging on the deal as his Ebay purchaser has contacted him!!!
No fookin mention of what he would do if this happened in our telephone convo so i assumed he would deal with them as a deal had been finalised with me
Tried ringing ever since on both land line and mobile and get no answer!

, he may have reasons though ( not taking sides though as it aint easy hiding from ya at the beds meet 
)oh the tyres are spot on though, fook me there in good condition too

Should have thought about that before offering the car to me less than 12 hours after his auction had finished! I thought perhaps his 8.1k bidder was someone he had running the bids and therefore knew he wasn't buying so didn't bother to question how he could know this bidder wasn't going to contact him!

I didn't do a deal on Ebay i did it via this board!
The winning bidder was not my problem and i asumed he knew this bidder wasn't going to pay or why offer it to me????

And after a deal was struck on the phone and me saying i dont go back on deals etc....This is how i was informed that it was now off
Bud im fukin sorry, the **** just phoned me and he is getting the car today, he has the cash there in his pocket, hope your not to bothered about it, I cant pull out of it now as I said 5 days on my auction sheet to get in contact and also he will fuk my feedback rating if i dont sell to him sorry mate to fuk you about

On one hand the guy should of waited for the 5 days like he said in his ad on E-Bay, for the buyer to contact him as some people dont reply straight away, Before he accepted Spadges offer.
But on the other hand, He did a COMPLETELY seperate deal with Spadge out of E-Bay and should stand by his deal as Spadge is 100% shit hot for the money

I even said to him on the phone not to worry i never back out of a deal once its made even if i got cold feet about it i would still buy it as thats what i'm like!
As for the rights and wrongs of it! I saw it had finished at 4 am this morning when i got up at 11am
and thought ah well its gone But then read his thread on here and he was convinced it wasn't going to happen and more or less offered me the car! If i had been him and done this i would have told the Ebay buyer it had blown-up or something as he didn't know them from Adam! The last thing i thought would happen was what did but there you go you live and learn Never mind i will have to find something else i guess

sorry to hear this, sounds like he should never have made that deal with you if he was gonna back out if his ebay buyer got in contact. not too late for him to be messed about still so you never know.

I told you in No uncertain terms, the reason I pulled the pin on our deal was because you accused me of BIDDING UP my auction
you and one other person did this and didnt bid on it for that reason, what a fukin joke, im the most honest cunt you'll ever meet, if you had not made that accusation I would have given you the car but frankly gifting it to you at 8k after saying somehting so low NOPE
