I have noticed that on Ebay, when people receive Bad feedback, they can reply to the feedback and their reply is also shown on the feedback. eg:


Buyer -Goods never arrived, not a good ebay....

Seller -Goods have now arrived, customer happy and sorry for the feedback.


I have been left a bad feedback, through no fault of my own ( a courier error) and the buyer has now appologised and feels bad about the feedback.

How do I add a feedback reply.

you go to your feedback page if what i remember is right and you can add to it, down side being you cant make it good feedback as this is what i had before and stops me getting 100%

 

You can get it mutually withdrawn.

 

I have just asked the buyer to mutually withdraw the feedback.
