Heres my old one which I sold just before the new year. It was a 360bhp car before the AVCR, Remap and meth/water injection. It was aprox a tad under 400bhp after but never tested.

It was a GSR so it had all the AYC etc. Allot of people say that these cars drive them selves and there is no excitement. bollocks to the excitement part as its hysterical when you find the right road. If you are a sh*t driver it will make you look good.!!

Seriously though, show it some uneven road surfaces with sharp fast twists in the road and you will be truly shocked at its ability to change direction without a hint of argument.

I sold it for one simple reason and that was running costs. My nearest AYC service station was in Aberdeen, that's a 400+ mile round trip and at 15 to 20mpg that's expensive.

Who was it that said the only thing the evo does faster than accelerate is stop?? Its true but its at the expense of warped Discs, there are only 2 ways to sort the problem. Buy Ap etc or get 2 piece discs which are £££ anyway.

The fuel gauge problem also got on my tits!! stupid split fuel tank design!!
indicators/wiper controls on the wring side.!
Head lights that shine everywhere but the road.!

I'm sure theres more.

(it never broke down tho, not even once.! lol)

look nice and interior is spot on, but thats as far as it went for me

rather have an escos over an evo tbh
My VII RSII FQ was returning me 25ish miles to the gallon which i thought was ok and that was a mixture of town and B-road driving. However i never bought it for the fuel economy anyway.

Done over 400miles on track with it last year and it never missed a beat.

I sold my Escos to buy my Evo and dont regret it one bit
