How do you do this???
IS it just a case of unplugging it and plugging it back in??

There will be a pin hole type hole somewhere, usually on the back. If you get a pin and push that in gently for a few seconds that reboots it without powering down. The PC sometimes prefers that.

Cant see no pinhole on mine....
It is just that Virgin have upgraded the broadband to 10mb but you have to reboot ......

Power it off, leave for about 30 seconds, power back up and let it boot up

Don't fuck about with pins, just pull the power cable out and leave it for a little while, plug it back in, job done!
I just had to do mine tonight but I think it was a fault in the area!
